Your Next Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the direction, completion, and financial outcomes of projects, leading and managing project teams, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires on-site presence or in-office work five days a week.

What You'll Do
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Supervise project staff and manage project execution.
  • Negotiate change orders and maintain project logs.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage project finances, including billing and expenses.
    • What You'll Need To Be Successful
  • Experience managing electrical construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial forecasting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field; PE license is a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Additional Details
    • Travel required: 10-25%.
    • Work environment varies between active construction sites and office settings.
