Current project types include - Airport/Aviation, Healthcare, Parking Decks, Municipal, Ground up Retail, Schools, etc. Multi-State Contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

About the Position:Senior Project Manager – Full responsibility for projects assigned – from subcontractor award, construction, through closeout. Administrative and technical guidance to the team to ensure the projects are completed within budget and on time. Relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements:

• BS in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• 10+ years of construction management experience
• Technical/Software skills – Microsoft products
• Communication Skills
