Senior Project Manager - Compunnel : Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across diverse business initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring seamless communication among cross-functional teams. This role requires strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and post-project evaluation to drive success and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation and scheduling.
• Manage the Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring all requirements and deliverables are well defined.
• Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Communicate project updates clearly with stakeholders and team members.
• Oversee and manage project budgets to maintain cost efficiency.
• Approve and monitor timesheets to ensure accurate resource and time tracking.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects align with standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and accountability.
• Deliver post-project reviews, documenting lessons learned and recommending improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing SOWs, budgets, and timesheet processes.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Familiarity with project governance in large enterprises.
• Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.

PMP certification (preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.)
