Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager II to lead hyper-scale data center projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, safety, and strong customer relationships through exceptional service and team mentoring.

• Supervise overall financial health of projects
• Develop and maintain project financial projections
• Allocate project estimate into financial system
• Determine cost codes, approve invoices, manage budget decisions
• Provide financials and billings to accounting for timely payment
• Handle subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budget and selections
• Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, manage career development
• Function as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative
• Handle change orders, obtain customer/architect approval
• Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of construction management or related experience
• Current driver's license
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 100%

The base pay range for this role is $155,000 - $232,500. Actual range may vary by location (Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Washington, D.C.). Base pay is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration of internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
