Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Construction)

Dallas, TX | $150,000–$180,000 + Benefits (DOE)

We are partnering with a well-established Dallas-based general contractor that's looking to strategically grow their healthcare portfolio — and we're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help make that happen.

Our client is a respected GC with deep roots in commercial projects across North Texas. With a strong reputation and steady pipeline, they're now focused on expanding into larger healthcare projects — and they need a seasoned leader who not only knows healthcare construction but also brings strong local relationships to the table.

The Opportunity:

• Lead complex healthcare from preconstruction through closeout — managing budgets, schedules, teams, and client expectations
• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, and clients — building long-term partnerships and trusted relationships
• Utilize your existing network of engineers, vendors, local officials, and clients to help win and deliver projects across DFW
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and grow the healthcare side of the business
• Manage subcontractors, ensure jobsite safety, and maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution

The Client is Looking For:

• 7–10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare.
• Strong relationships with North Texas engineers, vendors, local authorities, and clients (DFW market experience strongly preferred)
• A proactive, business development mindset — someone who can identify and pursue new opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific construction standards (AHCA, OSHPD, Joint Commission, etc., is a plus)
• Clear growth potential within an organization actively expanding its healthcare footprint
