Who We Are:
Senior Project Managers manage multiple larger-scale projects that require strategic planning and stakeholder management
- Team Leadership: Motivating and leading a project team, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective collaboration among members.
- Planning & Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, defining the scope, assigning tasks, setting milestones, and ensuring that timelines are met.
- Resource Management: Allocating resources efficiently, managing budgets, and ensuring that project costs stay within limits.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and frequent communication with stakeholders, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and making necessary adjustments when needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and implementing corrective actions if necessary.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
- Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 10+ years of Service/ Project Management with extensive experience in the Data Center Solutions vertical in support of Power and/or Cooling solutions.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities.
- Proven track record of providing custom solutions based on providing value.
- Up to 50% travel may be necessary.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree/ or Relatable experience Preferred
