Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer – Land Development - Vanasse Hangen Brustlin : Job Details

Lead and develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of projects. Help build and lead a multi-dimensional team of civil engineering professionals. Provide technical and career guidance as a mentor to staff Manage medium to large multi-disciplined projects for both public and private clients Provide input to Market Leads for Institutional, Real Estate, Transportation, and Energy Markets. Develop new project opportunities, maintain client relations, and manage proposal submissions. Prepare workload projections and track project financial performance. Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and permitting documents. Lead meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, boards, utility providers, and stakeholders. Administer VHB's quality program and reviews for project deliverables. Supervise design team activities during Construction Administration/ Support Services. Skills and Attributes.
