Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Aviation program in Nashville, TN. The role involves planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of complex airport projects, managing project staff, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Nashville, TN

• Lead development and implementation of multiple airport projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, airport staff, and stakeholders.
• Manage staffing, project timelines, and budgets.
• Review plans, develop cost estimates, and prepare reports for reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Oversee quality assurance and safety compliance.
• Supervise project staff and mentor less experienced team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• PE license required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10-15 years of aviation-related engineering or construction management experience.
• Experience with FAA standards and airport project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, MS Office, and MS Project is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of Nashville's aviation market is a plus.
