  • Manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communication
  • Oversee field operations and work closely with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Lead project meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior project management staff

  • 8+ years of experience in building and construction project management
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Construction Senior Project Manager
  • Proven track record managing multifamily and/or commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
  • Proficiency with project management tools and construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
