We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Scheduler with 5–10 years of experience in engineering or construction. As part of our growing team, you'll work at the forefront of the evolving construction planning and project controls field. Our clients include a wide range of established construction firms and major contracts across the heavy civil and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior staff to provide project scheduling and construction management services
  • Work on multiple projects with varied scopes, gaining exposure across our full service offerings
  • Participate in the planning and scheduling of up to 30 active projects monthly
  • Learn and apply scheduling tools (Primavera P6 experience is a plus)

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications
  • Understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and constraints
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in leading group discussions
  • Proficiency in software tools (Primavera P6 or willingness to learn)
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA/QC and time management practices
  • Technical writing proficiency
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus

Experience:

Heavy civil construction: 5 year minimum

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineer and/or Construction Management a plus
