The Senior Project Engineer assists the Project Manager with planning and daily execution of construction projects. Responsible for maintaining aspects of the project schedule, managing submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and in line with our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Essential Functions
  • Preconstruction Services
  • Project Start-up and Scheduling
  • Project Administration, Coordination, and Close-out
  • Promote Customer Relations
  • Promote Culture, Leadership, and Employee Development
  • 5+ years of prior commercial construction Project Engineer experience
  • Proficiency with a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • RFI management
  • Change orders
  • Punch-list management
  • Assisting with subcontractor meeting minutes

    • The base salary range for this role in Sacramento, CA is $85,000 to $100,000 annually.
