This is a hybrid position based in our Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, or Blue Bell office.

Your new role

We seek a skilled Senior Project Engineer to support our Data Center Sector across Northeast offices. You will be involved in planning and preliminary design phases of data center projects and support civil engineering projects within the practice area.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Project and Team Leadership: Lead civil engineering projects from conception to construction, ensuring timely delivery and providing technical guidance.

Design and Development: Oversee detailed civil designs for infrastructure including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roads, ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability goals.

Client Interaction and Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and maintain relationships; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated solutions.

Project Documentation and Risk Management: Prepare reports, specifications, and documents; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Innovation: Keep current with industry trends and incorporate new technologies into projects.

About you

• Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in civil engineering, focusing on site layout and stormwater design.
• Licensure: Active Professional Engineering license preferred.

At Ramboll, your total compensation includes a base salary, likely between $96,677 and $120,846, depending on various factors. This does not include bonuses or additional benefits.
