As the Senior Director, Project Management for the VNA Gumsprings project, you will provide senior-level strategic management and leadership for large-scale, complex construction projects within our CAPEX organization. This critical role is accountable for the end-to-end execution of multi-million dollar Design-Build (DB) construction projects, ensuring rigorous compliance with project budgets, stringent quality assurance/quality control (QA/ QC) standards, aggressive schedules, and critical operational requirements. The Senior Project Director will lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams and is ultimately responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) performance of the entire Gumsprings construction portfolio. Location: Arkansas. Project Timeline: 18 Months.
