We are seeking a Senior Project Architect with excellent technical ability who is adept at leading project teams from concept through construction. If you value a strong culture of collaboration, flexibility, and creativity, come join our team!Responsibilities:Manages all phases of a project with demonstrated technical expertise on projects of various scales and complexitiesSupervises small to large teams, produces, delegates and coordinates the work, and reviews and approves the work of all internal and external team membersProvides final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specificationsOversee construction document production and management of BIM modelAttends client meetings and regularly interfaces with clients and consultantsCoordinates with Project Manager(s) on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to workplan; suggests modifications to the workplan and staffing when corrective action is necessaryUnderstands the required scope of work and is accountable for the team's execution of the work in the most efficient and technically feasible mannerIs an advocate for design excellence and encourages team members and consultants to keep design as a priorityImplements methods for improving the quality of documentation for the firm in order to mitigate risk; shares this knowledge with junior staff and sets expectations for their accountabilityJob Requirements Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in ArchitectureRegistered or working toward registration required15+ Years experience in an architecture office with at least 5 years' experience in healthcare, science & technology, and/or higher education.Proven ability to lead the design, documentation and construction administration processPossesses superior communication, collaborative skills, and mentoring capabilitiesAbility to use sound and independent judgmentAdvanced skills in RevitFamiliarity with Adobe Photoshop and Sketch UpDate Needed By 8/8/2025CHALLENGE THE EXPECTED; INSPIRE SMART DESIGN.#J-18808-Ljbffr
