The Senior Program Manager will lead and oversee programmatic efforts for the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) lifecycle, focusing on logistics services, design interface, technical data management, manpower planning, and operations management. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, logistics, and engineering to ensure seamless execution of UAS programs and alignment with mission objectives. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating efforts across multiple functional areas and ensuring compliance with government directives.
Responsibilities include:
Logistics Services- Lifecycle Logistics Support: Provide leadership in planning, developing, and executing Integrated Product Support (IPS) requirements for the UAS portfolio, including supply chain management, maintenance planning, and risk mitigation.
- Supply Chain Risk Management: Oversee the identification and mitigation of risks related to sourcing, procurement, and conversion, including cybersecurity and quality manufacturing concerns.
- Disposal Processes: Manage disposal processes for reutilization, transfer, donation, and disposal of Government Property (GP).
Design Interface- Human Systems Integration (HSI): Lead efforts to analyze and assess requirements related to HSI and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM).
- Trade Studies: Direct trade studies and provide recommendations for reliability improvement, compliance with policies, and achievement of program requirements.
- Design Reviews: Participate in and provide leadership for design-related reviews, including SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR.
Technical Data Management- Digital Enterprise Support: Oversee product data and Digital Thread framework management, ensuring accurate receipt and verification of logistics data.
- Documentation Development: Manage the development, revision, and maintenance of technical publications.
- Validation and Verification: Lead efforts to validate and verify technical publications and logistics support analysis reports.
Manpower and Personnel- Personnel Planning: Identify, plan, and resource personnel effectively throughout the UAS lifecycle.
- Documentation Development: Develop and maintain manpower-related program documentation, including MER and MARC.
Operations Management- Task Management: Develop and maintain schedules, action items, and update leadership on risks and issues.
- Strategic Communications: Manage media relations, public affairs, and documentation releases.
- Facilities Management: Oversee space design, utilization, and employee space use within facilities.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Graphics and Visual Information: Design and develop visual materials to support program activities.
- Briefing Materials: Prepare and update presentation materials using appropriate software.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, program management, or related field.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in program management, logistics, design interface, technical data management, and operations.
- Proficiency with scheduling, logistics analysis, and graphic design software.
- Active SECRET security clearance.
Work Location:
- Primary: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
- Secondary: Virtual work per Telework Policy; TDY at other locations possible.

- Knowledge of Federal, DoD, and Army regulations related to logistics and operations.
