Job Description: As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead and deliver a high-impact Human Resources technology initiative, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and SAP-related projects. This role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to align outcomes with organizational goals while managing scope, budget, and timelines. The position demands strong leadership, technical knowledge of SAP environments, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and implement scalable, future-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, roadmaps, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure alignment with established goals and deadlines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes, define target states, and establish transition strategies.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges through reports and briefings.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to enhance processes and refine solutions.
- Analyze and prioritize project requirements to ensure both business and technical alignment.
- Lead and guide project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree plus four years of experience leading complex IT system development or implementation projects, or equivalent training and experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with executives, end-users, and technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects, ideally involving SAP reporting solutions.
- Basic understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in developing and managing detailed schedules and milestones.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in business process analysis, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Preferred: ITIL Foundations certification and PMP certification.
