WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Program Manager / Project Director to lead and manage large, complex projects within the Power and UGS sector. This role involves driving strategic initiatives, overseeing project execution, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will use expertise in Power, UGS and business acumen to contribute to the growth and success of the energy practice. Lead and direct the successful execution of large, complex projects within the UGS power and energy sector. Support the leadership team in managing the UGS project portfolio, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, risk management, and financial oversight.
