Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Owner's Representative (Senior PgM - Site Lead) to oversee the delivery of multiple hyperscale data center projects simultaneously. This individual will serve as the client's trusted on-site lead, managing construction execution, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and performance tracking across large, technically demanding programs.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of managing large teams, coordinating across cross-functional groups, and driving successful outcomes in high-volume, high-velocity Data Center environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight & Execution
  • Lead site-level delivery of multiple hyperscale construction projects from groundbreaking through commissioning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and contractors/subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, schedule adherence, budget status, and quality control standards.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and coordinate large, multi-disciplinary teams across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical scopes.
  • Facilitate weekly progress meetings with contractors, design teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership in resolving field-level challenges and conflicts with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Risk & Change Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks across safety, schedule, cost, and quality domains.
  • Review and approve site-related change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement schedules.
  • Report issues and escalation items to the owners senior site leadership with clarity and urgency.

Client Representation

  • Act as the owner's eyes and ears on site—ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, client standards, and business goals.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and performance excellence on every aspect of project delivery.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on site progress, milestones, KPIs, and concerns.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale construction projects; confirmed hyperscale data center experience required.
  • Proven experience running multiple projects concurrently, ideally in fast-track or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a background managing large site-based teams and subcontractor networks.
  • Deep knowledge of construction best practices, sequencing, and contract structures (CM-at-risk, design-build, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to travel and/or relocate to project sites as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Preferred Attributes

  • PMP or CCM certification
  • OSHA 30-hour training
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools
  • Strong client-facing presence and stakeholder management skills
