POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for a client-centric and results-driven Senior Program Manager, Leadership Development, to lead the design and delivery of high-impact leadership programs for our clients. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to organizations across industries—partnering with HR leaders and executives to develop, deliver, and measure solutions that build strong, future-ready leaders.
You'll have the autonomy to drive your work, collaborate with a high-performing team, and shape how we scale leadership development at the intersection of human potential and innovation. You'll manage end-to-end program delivery, from needs assessment and curriculum design to facilitation and impact evaluation. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, strong facilitator, and strategic thinker with a passion for leadership development and client success.
Responsibilities
Client Leadership Development Strategy & Execution
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of customized leadership development programs for client organizations
- Conduct needs assessments and consult with client stakeholders to align learning solutions with organizational goals and leadership competencies
- Develop learning journeys that span instructor-led training, digital content, coaching, assessments, and ongoing support
- Embrace and experiment with AI tools to streamline content creation, personalize learning, and measure impact
- Collaborate on succession planning, help identify high-potential talent, define leadership pipelines, and align development efforts with future business needs
Project & Resource Management
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, including project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and communication
- Supervise a small team of offshore support resources and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Serve as a program lead across multiple clients, managing competing priorities with clarity and confidence
Facilitation & Relationship Building
- Facilitate live (virtual and in-person) workshops and cohort-based learning sessions
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic learning partner
- Provide ongoing support to participants and clients throughout the learning journey
- Lead talent assessment and succession planning initiatives
- Present progress updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders
- Identify opportunities for continued engagement and program expansion
Measurement & Impact
- Define KPIs and track outcomes using pre/post assessments, participant feedback, and business impact data, and ROI metrics
- Continuously iterate and evolve programs based on feedback, trends, and client needs
- Stay current with leadership development trends, tools, and best practices
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
You should consider these as essential indicators. It would be difficult to see how a person could be successful without them, and we would expect you to clearly articulate appropriate evidence when asked.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership programs at multiple levels (emerging, mid-level, senior)
- Strong facilitation and executive presence with comfort engaging diverse audiences
- Excellent relationship-building skills and experience working with external stakeholders
- Proven project management, communication, and consulting skills
- Familiarity with leadership assessments (e.g., 360 Feedback, StrengthsFinder), coaching models, and adult learning principles
- Evidence of supporting or advising on succession planning efforts, such as identifying high-potential talent, facilitating talent reviews, or designing development plans for critical roles
- Strong strategic and analytical skills

- Master's Degree or coaching certification
- Experience managing leadership development for Fortune 1000 or enterprise clients
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and tools to scale leadership impact
- Passion for leadership psychology, systems thinking, and culture transformation
- Experience creating training for white collar and blue-collar cohorts
Travel Requirements
The role requires the ability to travel to client sites (primarily within the region) to deliver in-person training and facilitate workshops. Travel expectations vary by client but may range from 25% to 40% depending on engagement needs. Candidates should feel confident facilitating in-person sessions and building relationships with client teams face-to-face when needed.
