Senior Program Manager / Engineer - Stantec : Job Details

Responsible for ensuring adherence to project delivery processes. Oversee and manage the development of project scope and budget and oversight of project technical requirements. Prepare designs, reports, specifications, and cost estimates for civil and environmental remediation projects, including material excavation and handling, landfill design and construction, dewatering and water treatment, active remediation system design and construction, stormwater management, site restoration, and environmental permitting. Uphold a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, encourages individual integrity, and focuses on the customer and service delivery. Prepare and submit financial reports to the client as needed. Oversee the receipt of purchase orders and project set up. Develop project organization and staffing assignments. Review and approve billing reports and prepare invoices. Provide compliance with project plan and procedures.
