Senior Program Director - Beacon (RHCC) - GOOD SHEPHERD SERVICES : Job Details

Overall leadership and responsibility for the afterschool, evening and weekend program, including development and implementation of all appropriate policies and procedures. Direct supervision of Assistant Program Directors and Evening/ Weekend Program along with other staff and volunteers. In conjunction with Vice President, responsible for the direct hiring, staff development and training of staff. In conjunction with Vice President, maintain strong partnerships with community co-locators and other organizations and entities that utilize the Community Center. Responsible for creation of schedule for components of program. Conduct staff development for Group Leaders, Assistant Group Leaders, Activity Instructors and youth interns. In conjunction with Vice President, monitor budget, managing all expenditures related to program. Responsible for the completion of all program statistics and reports in a timely manner.
