Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction remains unwavering as we venture into the realm of Personal Care.As the Senior Production Planner is responsible for creating the production schedule to meet on-time delivery of customers' orders while producing those orders most efficiently. The Senior Production Planner will interact with various departments (manufacturing, warehouse, quality, R&D) to ensure products are made on time.How Will You ContributeProduction Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, and raw material availability.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to mitigate delays or shortages.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce downtime.

Customer Service & Communication

• Serve as a key point of contact for customer planning-related inquiries.
• Provide regular updates to clients on order status, production timelines, and any changes or delays.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and professional support.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Purchase Order & Invoicing Management

• Review and process customer purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility within production capacity.
• Coordinate with finance and customer service teams to generate and track customer invoices in alignment with PO terms.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and support reconciliation of billing discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all orders and transactions for internal records and audits.

Inventory & Materials Coordination

• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components.
• Monitor inventory levels and help minimize excess or obsolete materials.
• Support material requirement planning (MRP) activities and system updates.
• Perform other related job duties related to the job, as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, preferably in personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and production planning tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience in personal care, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or food industries is preferred
• Experience in a contract manufacturing environment is desired

Together We Grow! This position is currently classified as on-site.Base Salary Range: $77,000 - $86,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level.
