Senior Production Engineer - StandardAero : Job Details

Recognizes and understands flight/product safety critical parts and processes. Responsible for immediately reporting flight/product safety concerns. Participates in proactive risk analysis of flight/product safety critical parts and processes. Recognizes and understands the Just Culture policy. Specific Accountabilities. Identifies and establishes improvement programs through root cause analysis (i.e., repair instructions, proper sequencing, inspection criteria, gauges, fixtures, machines, etc.), analysis of turn times, work in process, non-conformance tags (NC - Ts), material review board (MR - Bs), process interruptions, other line stoppages, warranty failure modes, field reliability of repairs, investigation of repair-related field problems, line build problems, and subcontractors' repair performance. Works with quality department to trend the improvements.
