Analyze customer project design specifications and integrate INFAC's technology with client products for development and enhancement. Lead and provide technical support for line setup and stabilization across overseas affiliates, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Conduct comprehensive reviews of investment costs related to production line expansion and setup, ensuring cost-effective and strategic resource allocation. Oversee the maintenance team, develop manuals, and manage key metrics such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). Implement and enforce Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Overstress (EOS) management protocols to ensure safety and compliance in all production activities. Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. Address technical issues and customer inquiries, reinforcing INFAC's reputation for responsiveness and technical excellence.
Requirement: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering and at least two years of experience.
