We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer Industrialization to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing technologies for new and existing products. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with cross-functional collaboration to enhance quality, efficiency, sustainability, and robustness across our production processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the realization, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing technology for new and existing Schaeffler products. Initiate, drive, and coordinate the development of manufacturing processes using statistical measures to improve quality, efficiency, sustainability, and process robustness. Conduct process investigations to fine-tune equipment and process set-ups, considering product, material, tooling, and location requirements.
