Join Amazon Global Logistics as a Senior Product Manager - Technical and play a pivotal role in our revenue management team. We are looking for innovative leaders to develop sophisticated systems and strategies for inventory management, pricing optimization, and shipping products as we expand our international freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust technical architecture for revenue management systems handling real-time data.
  • Create scalable systems that integrate machine learning with real-time optimization algorithms.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to put pricing models and algorithms into production.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to deliver comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Develop data pipelines and APIs for processing essential pricing inputs.
  • Implement automated pricing mechanisms that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Define success metrics and examine system performance data to guide technical requirements.
  • Make informed decisions on complex technical architectures while balancing diverse factors.

A Day in the Life:

Your day will begin by collaborating with engineering teams on system architecture. You'll then connect with finance to outline pricing model requirements, analyze performance data to prioritize new features, and conclude with a presentation of the technical roadmap to leadership. Throughout your day, you will navigate ambiguity and make impactful decisions across various organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product delivery.
  • Proven experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Familiarity with feature delivery and product trade-offs.
  • Active contribution to engineering discussions concerning technology decisions and strategies.
  • Ability to represent and advocate for various critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA.

The base pay range for this position varies from $136,100 to $235,200, depending on market location and job-related experience. This role may also include equity and sign-on payments as part of a total compensation package.
