The Alexa Customer Journeys team is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical with the experience and passion to dive deep and drive impact across the tech, science, design, and engagement challenges of defining and scaling how we help customers engage and habituate with Generative AI use cases. The role requires leaders with technical depth as well as strong hold on industry best practices.
Our team is focused on ensuring every Alexa customer receives personalized, proactive assistance that helps them achieve more in their daily life. Our team builds a combination of end customer experiences and horizontal systems that are scaled across hardware and software experiences. We strive to keep things Day 1, and fun. We are located across Seattle (WA), Bellevue (WA), Irvine (CA), and Santa Monica (CA).
Key job responsibilitiesThis role will be focused on driving engagement and habituation for customers by improving experiences recommendations, and features across all Alexa, including:
Cut through ambiguity, apply mechanisms, deliver requirements and engage deeply with science, engineering, feature, and UX teams to deliver bar-raising, personalized customer experiences. Ultimately, you own the customer experience, with customer satisfaction as your ultimate success measure. You will engage with science and engineering teams daily, and update senior leadership on progress weekly. This is a high velocity, high ambiguity problem space, scrappiness and ability to drive teams with clarity will allow for success.
