Role Summary: The Product Management team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Relativity's core Search capabilities. This role is pivotal in our transition to a cloud-native search architecture, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to enhance relevance, performance, and usability.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand Search workflows and needs, validating approaches and communicating product vision.
• Apply data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle, utilizing telemetry, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams.
• Partner with engineering to ensure product scalability, reliability, and performance, and understand technical aspects of cloud architecture.
• Manage the deprecation of legacy features, plan iterative releases, and develop go-to-market content.

• 5+ years in product management, building software for large user bases.
• Experience with Search products based on Elasticsearch, Lucene, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with data analytics, experimentation, AI-driven solutions, and complex systems.
• Proven ability to deliver features from inception to delivery.

This role offers a salary range of $140,000 to $210,000, based on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive compensation package including bonuses and incentives.
