Senior Product Manager - Mobile Experience at Procore Technologies - Natsugo : Job Details

Vision and Strategy Development: Engage with product teams across Procore to identify and synthesize high-impact design systems initiatives, creating a cohesive vision and strategy for mobile application development.

Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering team to understand the current state of our mobile design systems' codebase, identify areas for improvement, and define actionable requirements for enhancement.

User Feedback Integration: Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Research, and Data Science teams to gather insights into user feedback regarding the complexity of our mobile design systems.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of mobile design systems, ensuring updates and launches are seamless, with a focus on user experience and technical accuracy.

Cross-functional Communication: Drive alignment with senior stakeholders, clearly communicating product visions, strategies, and complexities within the mobile design systems landscape.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a relevant field.
• Experience working with APIs, platform products, or complex technical systems, especially in mobile applications and design systems.
• Success in launching intricate, user-facing mobile products leveraging design systems.
• Attention to detail in user experience and technical implementation.

• Previous experience as a software engineer, providing insight into technical complexities.
• Understanding of design systems in mobile app development.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high quality in user and product outcomes.
