Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager for Master Data Management (MDM) to join our team. In this role, you will define and execute the product's value proposition and vision, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders while mentoring junior team members. Participate in milestone reviews with our delivery team and help shape the future of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy to drive value based on the company's roadmap and competitive landscape.
  • Proactively identify asset improvement opportunities using metrics and qualitative insights.
  • Represent the product in governance meetings, clearly articulating roadmaps, priorities, and decisions.
  • Act as the accountable owner for the product and tools within your designated portfolio.
  • Facilitate cross-product and cross-customer collaboration for shared value and learnings.
  • Guide Agile development processes as the Product Owner, maintaining a prioritized and refreshed product backlog.
  • Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to team members on product vision and planning.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Product Management.
  • 5 years of experience in Software Lifecycle.
  • 3 years of advanced domain experience.

Preferred:

  • 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies.

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen, especially regarding P&Ls.
  • Effective communication and conflict management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirement: 0% - 25%

Working Conditions: This position can be office-based or remote. Occasional travel to sites may be required.

Pay Range: Minimum: $92,300.00, Maximum: $172,500.00. Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
