The Senior Product Manager position is the key individual for managing a product and/or company's profit and loss and determines the business development strategy. The Senior Product Manager oversees a team of Product Managers geared towards meeting these objectives. The position analyzes trends by product and/or company and monitors competitive intelligence. This position requires advanced knowledge of insurance risk, determining loss exposures, and an ability to analyze data and make recommendations. Strategic leadership, innovation, problem solving, and cross functional project management are also key for this role.

EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Risk Management, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCEMinimum of six (6) years of relevant industry experience in key functional areas, such as Underwriting, Pricing, Claims or Operations with four (4) years of direct product management or product development experience required. Project management track record using Lean Six Sigma/Agile/other methodologies strongly preferred.
CERTIFICATIONSProperty and casualty insurance industry designations preferred (i.e. Associate in Claims [AIC], Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter [CPCU], etc.)
LICENSESValid Driver's License required.
