monday.com is looking for a Product Manager for the Governance at scale domain who will be responsible for leading a world-class team of engineers & designers and is passionate about building ground-breaking, lovable products. You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

• The domain is responsible for developing governance capabilities for user and data that enable monday.com's largest accounts to access their data and perform actions at scale, such as managing 300K users in an account.
• Establish a shared vision for your product across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales). Take full ownership and have a significant impact on the company.
• Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products that users need and love.
• Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities and ensure your team works on the most impactful initiatives.
• Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods like user interviews, usability tests, surveys, along with data analysis and A/B tests.
• Understand the market, competition, and advocate for users to craft product strategies leading to long-term success.
• Motivate a team of talented, committed, and fun individuals.
• Collaborate with other product managers to share insights and contribute to overall product strategy.

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of impactful product delivery.
• Creative problem-solver capable of addressing complex enterprise software challenges with delightful user experiences.
• Strong ownership and entrepreneurial qualities; self-driven, able to motivate, lead, and make decisions independently.
• Passionate about user experience, with a keen eye for UX and design details.
• Excellent communication skills to explain product decisions clearly.
• Analytical, experienced with qualitative and quantitative insights, A/B testing, analytics tools, user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Fast learner, adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Experience leading SaaS or consumer products is an advantage.
