You'll play a key role in our company's mission, working on our core consumer product that directly impacts Via's users around the world. We're not just designing apps; we're reshaping the way people experience transportation in their everyday lives.What you'll do:Lead the design process for significant product areas from conception to implementation, while understanding technical constraints and spotting opportunities out of it.Perform user research & usability test sessions and translate insights into design decisions.Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Promote product discovery and ideation.Work through the entire lifecycle of the project and collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.What we are looking for:5 + years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in leading design projects from concept to launch.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions and rationale clearly.Craftsmanship - You have a high bar for craft and quality in your workProficient with Figma, and high-fidelity prototyping tool.Experience in motion and interaction design (advantage)Experience working on customer-facing mobile applications (advantage)Can-do approach, great social skills, and a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.Able to take ownership, work independently & be accountable for your work.Passionate about the option to help shape and improve the future of smart transportation.Compensation and BenefitsFinal salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.
