Each characterrepresents traits and qualities Gary admires and hopes to inspire in others.Job Summary:We're looking for a talented and highly collaborative Product Designer with a strongbackground in physical product and packaging design to join our fast-paced and growingteam. You'll bring to life the design and look-and-feel of new VeeFriends products—rangingfrom trading cards and collectibles to toys, plush, and packaging—working closely withcross-functional teams and external vendors to develop high-impact, limited-run productsthat resonate with fans and collectors.This is a unique opportunity for a passionate designer to shape the physical expression of anemerging IP brand with a devoted audience and strong momentum. We move fast, iterateoften, and take pride in bringing quality, thoughtful products to market that spark emotion,connection, and fun.Who You Are:● A creative thinker with a strong sense of design aesthetics and storytelling throughobjects and packaging● Passionate about character and collectible IPs, and excited to design for fans andcollectorsOrganized, fast-moving, and able to balance big-picture vision with detailed execution● Comfortable working across teams and with external partners to bring designs to life● Energized by high-growth environments and passionate about contributing to abrand with purpose and cultural relevanceResponsibilities:● Design physical products and packaging across a variety of categories, includingcollectibles, trading cards, toys, apparel accessories, and more● Develop concepts and visual mockups that align with brand, character, and story● Work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesiveexecution● Collaborate with vendors, licensors, and manufacturers to translate designs intoproduction-ready formats● Maintain and evolve the VeeFriends visual identity across physical productsManage timelines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, from ideation toprototyping to final delivery● Stay on top of trends in collectibles, fandom, toy design, and pop culture to informproduct developmentQualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.● 5+ years of experience in product and packaging design, preferably in collectibles,toys, or trading cards● Strong portfolio demonstrating physical product and packaging design acrosscategories● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong projectmanagement skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyand meet deadlines.● Experience working with manufacturers and production teams to deliver finalproducts● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D/mockuptools (e.g., Keyshot, Blender, or equivalent)● Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideasinto visually compelling designs.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.● Strong understanding of material selection, dielines, and production techniques● Bonus: Experience with limited-edition, serialized, or community-focused productlines*Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
