Senior Producer, Pre-Sale (Remote) - Coffee 'n Clothes : Job Details

CNC is looking for a contract experienced Senior Producer to support the business development process. This candidate has experience with pre-sale RFP development and a track record of supporting business wins. This position is a freelance contract with the opportunity to turn this into a full-time role.Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead budget development and feasibility assessment for multiple creative concepts and executions. Ensure budgets are realistic and vetted. - Provide workback timelines and logistics insight for proposals. - Source venue and vendor options.- Lead development and content drafting of slides in proposals that include budget, logistics, timelines, venues, and other production components. - Reach out to third party vendors for quotes and feasibility checks as needed to further vet potential concepts.- Flag potential risks or concerns regarding execution, safety, security, and more through the development of creative concepts. Across the board: - Be a team player. Communicate and collaborate closely with internal teams.- Present well and confidently, casting the agency in a good light. - Be flexible and nimble through the proposal development phase. Qualifications:- Minimum of 3-5 years in experiential production - At least 1 year of RFP and pre-sale experience in an agency or media company - Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted startup environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines. - Fluent in G-Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), Monday.com- Ambitious and proactive
