**MUST have experience managing and developing RFP's**
**MUST be comfortable with Excel/Analytical skills - using functions such as SUMS, V-Lookup's, Pivot Tables, etc**
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and risks across categories.
- Develop and manage procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making at all levels.
- Collaborate with category managers, finance, legal, and operational teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Support the Head of Procurement in preparing and presenting strategic reports, business cases, and supplier performance reviews.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within procurement systems and tools (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing platforms).
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform sourcing strategies and supplier selection.
- Monitor supplier contracts and performance, including compliance, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
- Assist in the development and execution of RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sourcing principles.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts or interns, sharing best practices and developing team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Experience in contract analysis, supplier evaluation, and procurement policy development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP.
- Experience with digital procurement transformation or sustainability initiatives.
- Exposure to global sourcing and international supplier management.
