Job Description :

**MUST have experience managing and developing RFP's**

**MUST be comfortable with Excel/Analytical skills - using functions such as SUMS, V-Lookup's, Pivot Tables, etc**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and risks across categories.
  • Develop and manage procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making at all levels.
  • Collaborate with category managers, finance, legal, and operational teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Support the Head of Procurement in preparing and presenting strategic reports, business cases, and supplier performance reviews.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within procurement systems and tools (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing platforms).
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform sourcing strategies and supplier selection.
  • Monitor supplier contracts and performance, including compliance, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
  • Assist in the development and execution of RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sourcing principles.
  • Mentor junior procurement analysts or interns, sharing best practices and developing team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in contract analysis, supplier evaluation, and procurement policy development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP.
  • Experience with digital procurement transformation or sustainability initiatives.
  • Exposure to global sourcing and international supplier management.
