Position Purpose:Experienced project-level Water and Wastewater Process Engineer for planning, design, permitting, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Senior Process EngineerPosition Purpose:Experienced project-level Water and Wastewater Process Engineer for planning, design, permitting, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. A commitment to producing high-quality work products and the ability to thrive in a team environment across disciplines and offices is critical. The application of critical thinking and problem-solving skills to process evaluation and design is essential for success in this role.Primary responsibilities include field evaluations and meetings with clients to understand project needs, preparation of feasibility studies and engineering reports, process design calculations, coordination with equipment representatives and manufacturers, water and wastewater system layout, coordination of design efforts with project team members, specification writing, construction permitting, preparation of bidding documents, review of shop drawings and other construction submittals, and coordination of construction administration responsibilities. This position will likely include periodic or extended onsite construction observation, including process start-up and contract close-out services.As part of a successful team, this role will include mentoring of less experienced staff and collective training initiatives.Accountabilities:Field evaluations and meetings with clients to understand project needs,Preparation of feasibility studies and engineering reports and process design calculations,Coordination with equipment representatives and manufacturers, water and wastewater system layout,Coordination of design efforts with project team members.
