As a Senior Process Engineer Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs, including leadership development, management training, career pathing, succession planning, and individual contributor skill-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to support effective performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values
• Install organization support for continuous improvements (reviews, communications, rewards, software, etc.)
• Provide guidance and resources to current and aspiring leaders on best practices in people management, team building, and effective communication.
• Participate and present in operations and quarterly business reviews as required.
• Coordinate any manufacturing process and improvement issues.
• Oversee comprehensive departmental training program and training staff, covering new employee onboarding, company/document training, operator skill-based certification, and manufacturing work instructions.
• Lead process improvement projects to meet business objectives and deliver quantifiable results using lean and six sigma methodologies.

A Strong Senior Process Engineer Will Possess

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5 yrs experience in the field or a combination of 4 yr degree or 2 yr certification with hands on experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience providing troubleshooting skills.
• Possess logic, problem solving, and trouble shooting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Deals effectively with company personnel on all levels ranging from production workers to top management.
• Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities and sound decision making.

• Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities
• Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes
• Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism
• Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible
• Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when needed (use as needed)
