The Senior Process Engineer will play a crucial role in maximizing organizational efficiency, aligning processes with the company's strategy to emphasize operational excellence. Responsibilities include partnering with business units across a highly matrixed organization to assess processes, identify improvements, implement scalable solutions, and develop performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and expert knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and change management methodologies.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Analyze departmental processes to eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Collaborate with leaders to assess current processes, identify improvements, and execute enhancements.
  • Redesign business processes for significant performance improvements.
  • Create process documentation like maps and flowcharts.
  • Assist in change management to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain records of process improvement projects.
  • Mentor and train staff on Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies.
  • Lead Rapid Process Improvement (Kaizen) workshops.
  • Implement best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage data analysis and reporting for process improvements, communicating findings effectively to leadership.
Supporting Responsibilities:
  • Meet performance and attendance expectations.
  • Follow privacy policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Success Profile:

Work Experience: Minimum six years in process engineering, business analysis, or related field.

Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt and Change Management certification preferred; Master's degree preferred.

Knowledge: Strong problem-solving, data analysis, process improvement, project management skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, automation, and AI; understanding industry regulations and practices; excellent communication skills.
