Senior Process Engineer - TEC Group International : Job Details

• Lead the health, safety, environmental, PHA and daily production requirements of a complex chemical manufacturing facility. Drive continuous improvement with the appropriate teams to achieve the focal points/visions within the budget guidelines.
• Maintain and directs the daily production activities of a 24/7 PSM chemical manufacturing facility.
• Select, organize, train, onboard, and motivate the operations staff to leverage performance culture and ensure focal points/vision are being met at optimum efficiency and cost goals.
• Assess safety and environmental impact of operating units. Continuously improve safety, permit and environmental compliance.
• Analyze, modify and upgrade existing processes and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with support functions to improve overall operations' goals (Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, HR, Safety, Environmental, Purchasing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Develop and implement improvements in operations to increase OEE and leverage the best practices (e.g. digitization).
• Track and promote the transparency of direct production costs and implement the cost measures to meet the budget guidelines.

Requirements

• B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred. Equivalent chemical manufacturing experience accepted.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience and increasing responsibility in a chemical manufacturing facility.
• Strong leadership, communication and managerial experience.
• Demonstrated unit operation, troubleshooting and multi-department coordination skills.
