We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Business Analyst. We seek a talented Data Scientist with a strong background in AI, especially in building generative AI models using large language models, to join our team. This individual will develop and implement data-driven solutions, AI-powered applications, and generative models to help us stay ahead of the competition and meet our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data sets: Examine large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategies.
  • Create reports and dashboards: Develop comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy: Validate data sources and maintain data integrity for analysis.
  • Support decision-making: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to aid business decisions.
  • Experience in GenAI projects.
  • Qualifications we seek in you:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Experience in data science, machine learning, AI applications, and generative AI modeling.
    • Strong expertise in Python, R, or other programming languages used in data science and AI, with experience in large language models and generative AI frameworks.
    • Experience working with large datasets and technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and Spark.
    • Experience deploying AI and generative models in production environments on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

    • Knowledge of industry-specific data sources, challenges, and opportunities relevant to Insurance.
    • Experience leading data science projects from inception to completion, including project management and team collaboration.

    The approximate annual base salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. The actual offer will depend on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

    Work Location:

    • Work-from-Anywhere roles: Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible.
    • Location-based roles: e.g., Dallas Metro area candidates are eligible; Los Angeles, California candidates are not.
