Job DescriptionAbbVie's in-house Advertising Agency, A3 is seeking an experienced and operationally-strategic Senior Portfolio Project Manager to lead overall project implementation and optimize development with stakeholders in multiple functional areas both inside and outside of the group. Position reports to a Group Account Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects (high volume), ensuring they are delivered on time (rapid pace), within scope, and on budget, while driving innovation and strategic growth. Success in this role requires a change agent who is passionate, with high energy, and is results-oriented with a creative and analytical mind. Expert knowledge developing a diverse set of advertising tactics (print, digital) preferred. Ability to quickly adapt to and use advanced project management tools and processes is desirable. Individuals should have the ability to manage critical situations and high communication skills (written & verbal).
Position will train new project managers and account managers on the Project Management process and systems (Kantata, Workfront) within A3 to develop consistency across the Neuroscience, Oncology and AbbVie Patient Services Specialty Teams, with an eye toward overall A3 processes and resources allocation for efficiency across the full A3 team.
This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to commute to our Mettawa, IL office location at least 3 days per week.
