As a Sr. Payroll Analyst, you will: Process hourly and salaried payrolls for your assigned companies, applying a payroll checklist to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Assist with the review and validation of payroll transactions. Supervise and respond promptly to inquiries received in the corporate payroll inbox. Fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requests. Act as a primary point of contact for general ledger discrepancies, audit support, and adjustment requests. Serve as a knowledge resource for the Payroll Representative on processing and ADP system questions. Support quarter-end and year-end payroll closeout activities. Provide back up support for the Sr. Payroll Manager to ensure continuity of operations.
