Senior Payroll Analyst - Catena Solutions : Job Details

As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across global operations. This role blends deep technical payroll expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration, offering opportunities to lead process improvements, support audits, and enhance payroll systems as the organization scales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle global payroll processing, ensuring compliance across multiple states and international locations
• Manage off-cycle and final payments with precision and full legal alignment
• Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts and maintain accurate journal entries
• Identify opportunities for automation, improved data accuracy, and streamlined payroll workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with P&C, Finance, and Legal to ensure policy and regulatory alignment
• Build and maintain payroll reports and dashboards to support business visibility and compliance

Job Requirements:

• FPC or CPP certification with 4+ years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll experience (including multi-state and international payroll)
• Deep familiarity with Dayforce
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of judgment and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator and collaborator who builds trust across teams
• Self-starter who thrives in independent work and brings initiative to drive system and process enhancement
