Senior Pastor - New Life Alliance Church, Aitkin, MN

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bible or Theology degree at undergrad level or higher preferred
• Credentialed by The Christian & Missionary Alliance or working towards it

Previous Pastoral Experience

• 5-10 years of ministry experience desired with one tenure of at least 5 years in length
• Experience with building a new facility is preferred but not required.

• Preferably married with children, but not a requirement
• Wife who is willing to participate in church life; free to use her gifts and abilities as she believes God is leading her

Age

• We prefer someone 35-50 years of age
