Position Summary...
Walmart Connect is seeking a Sr. Partner Development Manager to drive growth and adoption of our Advertising API offerings through our technology provider partners. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-impact technology partners to increase revenue and develop new business opportunities. This position requires cross-functional collaboration to identify scalable products and experiences that attract new customers via our partner program.
What you'll do...
- Manage and expand relationships with technology provider partners.
- Lead joint business planning and monitor partner progress towards goals.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies including PR, marketing, co-selling, and developer enablement to meet revenue targets.
- Gather partner feedback to inform API product development.
- Support technical and support teams in managing partner relationships.
- Work with various internal teams to enhance products and programs for revenue growth.
- Lead partner outreach and technical integration initiatives.
- Equip sales teams with content, training, and tools on partner solutions.
- Identify and implement innovative programs to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive infrastructure and reporting initiatives for partners.
Experience you'll bring
- 5+ years in strategic business or partnerships, with a proven track record.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives at scale.
- Background in sales, product, business development, especially in automated advertising.
- Analytical skills for diagnosing issues and measuring outcomes.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels, particularly with sales teams.
- Interest or experience with complex technical partners, APIs, and products.

- 5 years' experience in shopper marketing, eCommerce, or retail advertising sales.
- 5 years' experience managing client accounts.
- 5 years' experience as a strategic advisor to C-suite clients.
