This role is responsible for corporate and administrative functions including entity formation, corporate governance, preparation of filings for government agencies, documentation for annual meetings and contract review. Provide oversight and guidance on corporate governance matters, KYC inquiries, vendor management and integration.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities3+ years of experience in a legal or insurance environment, with a focus on contracts (Required)
BA/BS degree or equivalent (Required)
Superior MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
Proficient in legal research tools (e.g. Westlaw, LexisNexis) (Required)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines (Required)
Strong knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and regulatory frameworks (Preferred)
Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program (Preferred)
