International Luxury brand is seeking a Sr Paid Search Specialist to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Search and Performance Max campaigns. This role will serve as the in-platform expert, managing performance, testing, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping) and Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
- Build and manage campaigns using industry best practices, including keyword strategy, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Monitor daily performance, adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting to achieve ROAS and CPA goals.
- Partner with analytics and CRM teams to ensure proper attribution and data alignment across platforms.
- Develop and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, test outcomes, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align keyword and messaging strategies across channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years paid search experience in-house or agency.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Shopping Certification, Microsoft Advertising Search Certification, and Microsoft Advertising Shopping Certification preferred.
