Role SummaryWe seek a highly skilled Senior or Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing vehicle body and lighting subsystems. You will oversee complex programs related to body closures, occupant visibility, lighting, and advanced features, ensuring successful system integration for next-gen EVs.

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end programs delivering hardware and software for body controls and lighting across EV platforms, aligning with company goals and milestones.
  • Systems Engineering & Scoping: Collaborate on integration requirements, test asset needs, and test plans based on deliverables and timing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with hardware, software, and validation teams for seamless integration and validation.
  • Prioritization & Planning: Develop timelines, allocate resources, and prioritize components based on risk and milestones.
  • Technical Risk Management: Identify and resolve technical issues, manage risks to prevent delays.
  • Integration Testing: Coordinate verification plans, promote automation, and ensure quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates, escalate issues, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize management processes, workflows, and testing practices.
  • Qualifications

    • BS/MS in relevant engineering fields; advanced degrees preferred.
    • 5+ years in technical program management, with 3+ years in automotive/EV system integration.
    • Experience managing hardware/software integration projects, systems engineering, and validation strategies.
    • Knowledge of vehicle architectures, embedded systems, and control software.
    • Hands-on experience with ECUs, integration, and validation; familiarity with tools like Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, CarSim.
    • Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall project management; adept with JIRA, Confluence.

    Pay Disclosure

    Salary Range for Palo Alto, CA: $132,100 - 170,100 USD. For California: $121,500 - 160,800 USD. Compensation depends on experience and location.
