Join Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. as a SENIOR or LEAD NERC O&P COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST.

Position Overview: The successful candidate will be part of a small team responsible for managing Seminole's NERC compliance program, focusing on O&P Standards. This role reports to the NERC Compliance Manager and supports compliance development, monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance processes and procedures.
• Manage activities related to non-compliance documentation, audits, and cyber vulnerability assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation and evidence.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance standards.
• Monitor regulatory standards and participate in standards development processes.
• Report to leadership on compliance status and improvements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Electrical Engineering, Cyber Security, or Business Administration. Minimum of 4 years' experience in NERC O&P compliance, auditing, or related utility experience.

Skills: Knowledge of NERC standards, auditing procedures, risk management, and familiarity with utility systems. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Physical & Working Conditions: Ability to travel, work outside normal hours, and perform physical tasks as needed. Some exposure to industrial environments.

This position may be filled at either a Senior or Lead level depending on the candidate's experience.
